Smokeless cigarettes have been around for a few years now, and millions of smokers have switched to them in lieu of tobacco cigarettes, which are proven killers of around 400,000 Americans each year.
Although they can not me marketed or sold as a smoking cessation device, hundreds of thousands have filled the halls of congress to state legislatures to the local government pleading their case while the FDA and special interest have made strong attempts at banning them.
Some harm reduction specialist around the world believe that if all smokers would switch to the smokeless cigarette, that most smoking related illnesses would go away within a few years.
